The girls have to work somewhere... It doesn't bother you going to other apartments I don't see why it would bother you! The only concern I'd have is if more then 1 girl is working out of there and Gardai do a raid

Oh dear, that would be awkward.

From a practical point of view: Is the lady is independant? Does she work discreetly? Have there been any complaints from neighbours? If there aren't any problems, don't rock the boat, stay out of it. What difference does it make to you what the apartment is being used for? If she pays her bills on time and there haven't been any complaints there really isn't anything to be worried about.

I think it'd be extremely hypocritical to bring the activities of the lady to the attention of the rental company when you only know what's going on there because you were seeking the ladies time and companionship in the first place. Are you going to tell the letting agent how you found out? No, didn't think so lol

Did this happen to you or is it a hypothetical question? x

You could ring the letting agency and ask them to raise the rent !!

Good grief, I must confess I wouldn't be too keen on the idea of that, particularly if I was planning to use the property to live in one day. However, I have rented out properties to so called normal tenants and had to evict them, and then spend had to spend wads putting things right, so if the rent is being paid and there is no problem then it may be better to let the shorthold run until its conclusion and reclaim it at the end.

Really don't see the problem, its good you have a tenant, I would imagine from the apprts I've been in that escorts take good care of them. Seems a bit hypocritical unless she starts complaining what an asshole the landlord is whilst your there!
Come in she said "I'll give you shelter from the storm "

Not an expert but now that you know about it, or in fact even if you didnt, can you not be accused of indirectly benefiting from the proceeds? Or something like that.
If you were brought to Garda attention and they searched your computer and found you had been logging on here you'd be cuffed and stuffed before you could say its a fit up guv.

Either way I wouldnt go anywhere near the place.
