    Wow. I never once said I had a problem with it so calm down flamers!

    Anyway thanks for the comments but I got it resolved. The letting agency tells me "they" are moving out at the end of this month anyway.

    If you think how many escorts advertise only on E-I and all of them need to rent a place, this business, people like it or not, indirectly moves the economy.

    It is funny how the opinion would change if the landlord after a couple of years having an escort in his apartment, paying on time, having inspections regularly and property is considered well mantained after finding out that the tenant is an escort, she is no longer considered a good tenant

    Oh dear???? I would say oh yes!!!!

    If that ever happend to me it would mean I would have acheived my life long ambition of being a pimp!!!!

    I would get rid of the letting agency and deal directly with the girls. If they were going to move on, I'd ask them if they had any friends suitable to move in.

    I'd see this as a win -win situation. For starters I'd never get lost trying to find the apartment! I presume it would be good for the girls as well, knowing that their landlord was a punter and wasn't going to be giving them any hassle or asking awkward questions.

    I think it would be hypocritical for a landlord (who visits escorts) to be taken aback when he finds out that his tennants are escorts. Then again, I'm not a landlord - but I always believe in applying the same standards to myself as I do to others.

    i dont think its overly hypocritical, if a letting agent is doing his job he would be doing full backround checks on the people renting..that includes taking references and ringing the company and speaking to somebody..also checking website of the company they are working for etc. (some escorts might be able to provide this but not all)

    im not saying escorts are bad tenents, probably better then most, they are quite and discrete and want to be left alone. but from the landlords prespective id be thinking the agents got lucky this time...next time they could put no hopers in with out doing the proper backround checks.

    I know this may be an unpopular question, but if you had children and you planned to move back to that property would you feel comfortable knowing they were going back to a place where all manner of sexual activity had happened? Possibly in every room? With tens of dozens of men? Hmmm. Sorry, I wouldn't. It depends if its a purely rental property or not, and knowing something is far different to not.

    i think luck the general opinion, is where by it is ok to visit a girl in someone elses apartment,(and please remember he was on his way to visit an escort) horror upon horror,MY apartment? being used by escorts. usual irish double standard i am afraid.
