Well of course common courtesy is very important. Do remember as well that these ladies are, for the most part, professionals in a difficult field and have to juggle many demands while always putting their best face forward. No doubt they also need a lot of down-time. U do not have any rights to their time. And imagine u were to ring a friend of urs and he/she didnt answer cos they were working....would u b so offended then? I'm going to go off at a slight tangent here.
It may not be what the op is talking about, but it made me think. It sometimes happens.

It's good to be friendly with an escort and I would like to think that I am in a position to be a friend to one or two special ladies.
What I am however, is mindful that an escort may get worried if a client become to close, or needy.
I would hate an escort to think that of me in that way.

I would therefore never phone an escort for a chat, unless invited, and would only send an occasional PM if I thought one of my friends seemed quiet, lonely or perhaps was working to much and needed a boost.
I would do this to show 'my friend', that someone was thinking about them but I would never expect a reply, as I'm mindful the difficulties the ladies experience on a day to day basis.

You do make a good point about a text message being nice or desirable.

BUT - I think you expect too much from these ladies. You are not entitled to a response from them. If you dont get an answer after a couple of tries move on. Repeatedly calling a girl and then posting a thread about them is bordering on harrassment.

I get the impression that you might perhaps form too close a relationship with these girls and expect or read into it too much.
