The people who research and rate these things for a living seem to agree that the lateral coital position is rated very highly by both men and women for heterosexual sex.
The main problem is that skill and familiarity is required to achieve it and I have never found an escort who professes familiarity with the position. I have asked before both here and on other websites without satisfaction.
