You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time.

why do women not feel the need to pay for sex?
are they simply more moral than men, or is there another reason/s?

Poll: Should Ireland legalise paying for sex? · TheJournal
Seems to me that a lot of people contributing there and elsewhere are a little unsure of the facts. The question the poll asks is:

Should Ireland legalise paying for sex?

Hello, if it's done in-doors in a private environment, somebody paying for sex is doing nothing illegal as the law stands. The point seems to have been lost on them that the proposition being debated is whether to criminalise something which is currently legal.

Similarly, some people seem to think that what is being discussed is making prostitution illegal and criminalising prostitutes. The fact is that prostitution or escorting is not illegal in or of itself (certain related activities are) and the proposed new law is not designed to alter that. The target is the demand and not the supply side of the business.

This lack of clarity i.e what the current position is and what exactly is now being proposed could cloud the whole debate.

I just posted a link to TOBL on this poll. If you are on Facebook or Twitter, you can give our comment the thumbs up, or add a comment supporting us. This would help us get attention, which is what we desperately need right now. Thank you.
