I could say no, but to be honest, yes.
    And why is that?

Obviously it does depend on the situation. But I would be against a policy of "honesty is always best".

At the risk of being sexist - in my experience it's often women who insist on complete honesty in a relationship. And then when you're are honest - they go completely crazy!!!

There is only one answer to the question " Does my bum look big in this?" And it's not the truth!

I've been kind of surprised sometimes at how honest some escorts are. For example, I distinctly remember a conversation which started like "Hello, how are you doing?", "Not very good, really. I'm having my period. Mine are always long and messy." And that's a fairly mild example, in fact.

“I wish you wouldn’t keep appearing and vanishing so suddenly; you make one quite giddy!”
“All right,” said the Cat; and this time it vanished quite slowly, beginning with the end of the tail, and ending with the grin, which remained some time after the rest of it had gone.

I like people who are straight talking, the trick is judging when its appropriate.

And of course most involved in this game are dishonest by necessity.

But as someone else said, above all else my friend be honest woth thine self

Ha, Morpheus, I always tell that men shouldn't try to understand us women but you got it! When we ask boyfriend/husband be honest it doesn't mean TOO honest
