Same thing, just as I wouldn't necessarily acknowledge a girl if she was with someone, so a client wouldn't appreciate it if they were out with their wife/girlfriend ! Personally, to me it wouldn't make any difference if someone say me

I did see an escort I'd visited a couple of days before out in a bar one night.

Funny seeing this thread tonight.
