If it was just one appointment 7 or 8 months ago then it's unlikely she'd remember as she would have probably slept with hundereds of other guys since them. Similarly I find it difficult to remember what an escort I've seens face looks like after a few months if she does not have it showing on her profile.

I think that unless ye got along really really well then it is best not to speak to the girl. It'd be interesting to hear some of the ladies views on this?

I'd say there's nothing wrong with a smile. If she doesn't recognise you no harm, you are just a guy who gave her a nice smile
