I don't want to make anyone feel ill but the strangest and grossest I've heard about was the following. There was a program on Sky a few years ago that followed the day-to-day lives of some escorts in the UK. One of the escorts described what she had to do for her weirdest client who was Irish as it happens. He used to get her to pull up his foreskin to stretch it out and then put a burning hot poker through it. I don't know what possessed her to keep seeing him but there you go.
