Actually ,I witnessed this twice in London,
The first time was a young couple doing standing up behind the church in Pimlico.
The second time was in the bushes of shepperd's bush green.

yes i saw a young couple shagging against a wall in the middle of the day from my hotel window on a side street off O'Connell street Dublin xx
