Report fake photos

Just wondering what exactly happens when you report fake photos ? I recently did no one contacted me there is no reference to the issue on the escorts profile either. I made reference to the fact that the lady's photos were fake in the review I left for the lady in question who has since opted out of the review system presumably on the grounds of the bad review.When I met this lady I said to her that she wasn't the lady in the photos to which he just shrugged her shoulders.

I didn't post a link as that's not what I based the report on it was clear to see the girl in the photos is fair skinned the lady I met was dark and she didn't deny the fact she wasn't the lady in the photos either.
