For those of you who like good food and wine, be advised that over 50 restaurants are taking part in Dine in Dublin Restaurant Week commencing next Monday.
Perhaps, we might use this thread to share feedback on the various restaurants. Just a thought.
Many of the restaurants are quite top notch and you can't go wrong with a price of 25 or 30 euro per person for 3 courses plus tea or coffee. Cafe En Seine even offers a complimentary glass of wine.

And one of the few good things about the recession is that there is better value out there in the restaurant scene. Was out at the weekend with a couple of friends in a medium priced Italian restaurant. The bill for the three of us with tip came up to 90 euro (starters, entrees, dessert, wine and coffee)! Great value in my book. A couple of years ago a meal for two in the same kind of restaurant would have cost ~ 100 euro!
