I have not seen the review and I do not wish to comment on this case but I do have some general remarks on the subject.
An escort, or her agency/pimp chooses a location and makes a decision to the effect that this location is OK. The good escorts here would not choose to operate out of inadequate premises. If they could not find a suitable location in one town then it would not be on their list of destinations.
I know that, faced with poor premises, a client can always decide to walk away without any financial loss but still, there is the loss of the time taken to make the booking, get ready and go to the escort's location. There is also the lost opportunity as you are unlikely to be able to arrange to see another lady at zero notice.
As well as being unfair to clients, using poor and usually cheap premises is unfair to other escorts who bear the cost of working from the kind of top line premises that I expect.
