    Question Client or Punter?

The word punter sounds really derogatory to my ears. It brings to mind a real scumbag so I spend time with clients, not punters.

Do the gents here have a preference? Any other ladies feel similar?

    Gotta disagree!

    Client is soooooooooo pretentious.

Can't see anything wrong with punter. If you were attending a football match or a race meeting, presumably you would not be offended by being referred to as a punter? Pretty neutral term, I would have thought, and pretty descriptive.

Now I draw the line at being referred to as a 'John' ...

I hate the word punter, it just sounds sleazy and nasty. Its a derogratory term for not only the 'client' but by it's implication for the escort aswell

Always prefer the term 'client', which sets a more professional term for our relationships.
