It's legal in terms of liable; not only that, misguided information can also lead to other unneccessary speculation and leads to people giving out personal details of particular people, so you can appreciate that we need to avoid this too. I've given the basics of this investigation and cannot go into any more detail, so I appreciate you leaving it there. As for not modding for a day, that would just be plain stupid. You should see the number of reported posts, reported reviews, fake photo reports and bad client reports we receive on a daily basis!

i think what Forrest meant was, leave the FORUM do it's own thing for a day, obviously the SITE needs a constant eye on it, as you say reviews, fake photo reports, bad clients etc should be modded, but maybe for a day the posters can say what the hell we want without fear of an infraction or banning

I am not saying. Do understand that certain people can still read these boards even when their access has been cut off. The basics have been outlined and that is that.

I can read between the lines, fella. If mods stopped posting for a day, intervention would only be inevitable once someone starts upsetting someone. It's not as if we can just take action and step back without an explanation. That would be completely redundant to the point we are making here.

Maybe they are afraid that they won't be needed in the long term, if they left us alone for a day and we all behaved.
