You misunderstand. The rules state implicitly that you can only reference those you have met in real life.

It's a shame to almost discredit some genuine escorts then.

We currently have 'Trusted Reviewers'.

Perhaps when reference are provided for TR's, they can only be provided from a list of escorts, which are trusted.
If you wish, 'Trusted Escorts'.

I don't think it's always good to have the names on view for everybody to see,
Nor is it a good idea to have a small list, or those based purely in Dublin etc.

I am just a bit confused to be a trusted reviewer you need 3 is it pm that you were with the escort and the review is right and yes I was with that client.

Problem with that would be on who and how that list would be created. Don't think that would be easy. Probably harder to do than creating Trusted Reviewers.
Best to be able to see who gave the refs to the TR and decide yourself if you trust them. Especially if you have met some of them.
