I've had a few outcalls in Spain (Barcelona) - for 145 Euro. It was from an agency and the girls pics on their site were accurate. Overall left me with a good feeling for the scene there but it was only over a four day period.

Have no idea of the legality of escorting in Spain - but I get the feeling that the laws are pretty loose over there.

I'm pretty sure it is technically illegal in Spain but that doesn't stop people from creating giant brothels (old road north of Girona) There was a large clamp down in Barcelona a few years (2 maybe) and the cops closed down the Riviera Club (best place ever), as far as I know it's still shut. I'd love to know the exact laws for Spain as I travel there at least 5-6 times each year

in the context that you have two questions / I'm no expert but have been in each one of these jurisdictions/depends how you define 'Europe":
cheapest- Bulgaria/Albania/Romania/Turkey/Bellorussia - if you could be arsed going to any of these fine places, esp the latter- John Wayne would fit right in
safest (in terms of no legal ambiguity): Germany/NL/CH/Turkey ( even there there are some restrictions depending on zoning)

I've never done on outcall or an incall in any other jurisdiction, but from my experience of trawling for escorts who did international travel, the best value I have come across has been in Romania......once you manage to avoid the fakes and scammers. €2000 to €3000 should get you an entire week, so you could budget €100 to €150 for a 1 hour outcall and €400 to €600 for the entire night.

I think it's illegal in Romania, but that does'nt seem to stop anyone.....the police are probably running the show.
