I used to do trapeze. It was amazing- great for the health and helps you stay flexible.

When I was young free and single, like a hundred years ago, it was adventure sports for me.....anything remotely dangerous and I'd have a go (pot-holeing, scuba diving, skydiving, rock climbing.....regular little 007 back then)
