Thread: Announcing my Retirement

I have been doing a lot of thinking recently about where I am and what I want. I reached a crossroads. I asked myself why is it that I visit escorts? The only conclusion that I can come to is that I am looking for something that I don't currently have in my life and compensating for that by visiting escorts. It is time I went and found what I am looking for and I am looking forward to the journey!

My marriage is effectively non-existent for me, not because my wife is a bitch/nasty/annoying etc she's not, she is actually a fabulous person, we are just very different people with completely opposing interests that really should never have gotten married in the first place!

After 5 years here I have been fortunate to have met some great characters on these boards, thank you for making me laugh out loud and making be angry beyond belief. Every good forum should be able evoke reaction/emotion of some description and this is one of the best! Thank you.

I have also been incredibly fortunate to enjoy the company of many beautiful ladies. Beauty that transcends the physical. Thank you ladies for being amazing people, I truly hope that you find what you are looking for too and to one lady in particular that, whether she realises it or not, helped me make this decision.....thank you xxxx. (one of the only ladies that I have met more than once!)

Take care of yourselves folks, I genuinely wish you all the very best of whatever it is that gets you up in the morning!

This is the first goodbye thread that actually has meaning ....... Good luck mate (from one of the oldest members here - genuinely)

It saddens me to read your comments on you marriage though, and at 36 you have a long road to travel with that burden on your back. I wish you well

    Thanks Monkeynut, I appreciate that.

I am coming at it from the perspective that we can choose what burdens we carry and we can choose to deal with them. I am choosing not carry it for the rest of my life and I am choosing to deal with it so that I can let it go. It may take a little time but I will get there in the not too distant future.

Choosing to deal with that burden is something I did later on in life and my timing was good as there were 4 prople involved so the hurt was minimal. Good luck with your journey

Sounds like you are actually very clear-minded about where you are at and what you want for your life and you have the courage of your convictions. This is a great thing and I applaud you for it sir. Go forth and grab the world by the balls...... sure at least that way you know you will be getting its attention. Here's wishing you a fulfilling journey.

We who are about to ride...salute you!!
