I think it is inevitable that it will happen eventually, it wont stop guys punting but it will totally change the landscape
of how punting is operated. It will happen more in the medium term than short term i think, there is more pressing
legislation to be introduced at the moment, but down the road it could well become a hobby horse for somebody
    Blatant promotion should be outlawed

It would certainly slow me down all right, but if certain lovely ladies happened to be in my neck of the wood I really dont see how I could resisit.

Actually i think it would be quite simple to enforce, all the police have to do is take a few cases to court, guys wont be
worried about a slap on the wrist fine but a few column inches in the paper will be a different matter altogether. Guilty
or innocent they would have achieved their goal.

As the parish priest of a small rural parish, it would certainly stop me doing incalls, the publicity alone would have a serious affect on my sunday collections , but I could always still invite one more or a few of the tasty ladies around to the vicarage for after service tea, or after tea service, whatever

Ok but the guards don't have the man power to stake out every apartment.
