i am so angry!!!!! i don't like when someone make an appoiment and didn't come. is so hard to text or call and tell that you won't come? but if i make an app and i am late a few mins, soon i will have a bad review.

very true,if you wer late there is a good chance you would get a bad review for it
however there really aint much you can do about clients not turning up
