Hi,

I just want to say thank you to everyone for being so good throughout this rough patch.

There have been problems, and because of them my head hasn't really been here, and many of the staff (especially the IT staff of course) have been really busy and stressed trying to sort problems the last while, and we are not out of the woods yet still as there are still problems being reported. It's been a tough time lately and it is still tough.

But it's been great that our customers and users have been overwhelmingly understanding and helpful to us throughout this, not making things tougher still for our staff who are trying their best.

I feel like we have great customers and great website members here, and I want to say thanks guys. We'll be making posts about various things soon, just wanted to say thanks now, as you guys really have been great and it is much appreciated.
