    Shattered myself this week LWO.
Don't know why, but probably due to our vat return now due.
It's interesting how it effects your mental wellbeing juggling the finances to ensure the vat man gets his cut

On a happier note legs, were you able to see Selina on her latest trip?
Don't know what it is about her, but I find her one very sexy lady!
    Hi Mark
very much like yourself working on figures all week unfortunately not the female variety.
Unable to see selina but exchanged a few pm's and will definitely meet on next visit.
In fact the last 2 weeks has been a disaster where the ladies are concerned. I must start changing my priorities and start putting me first. The routine for the past 2 weeks has
    1) get up and wish every one good morning (good part )
    2) Good warm breakfast (good part)
    3) Drive to work listening to radio (chris evans radio 2) or (classic FM if stressed) another good part
    4) work , sort out problems, work, sort out other peoples problems, work work work (the not so good part)
    5) Drive home switch phone off and at this stage turn on radio and chill.( classic FM)
    6) Home around 6.30 to 7pm take dinner from oven and enjoy.
    7) Carry out any home/ family committments.
    8) work from home ,have a quick look at E-I, little more work
    9) Bed time
    10) Repeat.

Oh the joys and tribulations of running a business and keeping other people employed.
Better stop now as this is sounding depressing. But the truth is I really enjoy what I do and this usually only happens 5 -6 times a year when your back is against the wall and you have to dig deep, pull out the reserves and keep marching. The one thing I am not is a give upper and always look on the positives.

If any one has 10 different points in their day please post and I may even indulge .

Did you just write out my 10 points?
Mine would be the same, but as stress takes it's toll I would add two further points To your list.

    1. A few appointments at 5pm (leave work early so I don't get home to late),
    2. A couple of glasses at night to numb the pain of working during the evening.

Funny enough I plan to do both tonight. Appointment has already been booked, with a light refreshment to be picked up along the way.

The above points might not be good for ones health, but it certainly lifts the heart and soul!
