I thinka visit to ure GP might be more appropriate as this may be a medical not a psychological problem.
At the very least it will rule out certain causes

Agree with Ber, I was on a certain medication for a short time, the side effect caused the same problem.Stress and anxiety I think are also big factors. Go and see your GP first, I have a woman doc and she was great about it. As for the Escorts, they wouldn't have a problem with it, never met one yet who was in any way the slightest judgemental , however, no matter how good they are they aren't miracle workers !
Come in she said "I'll give you shelter from the storm "

Thanks for the advice. But in this case it is a problem I've had for many years, (since my early 20's). The docs say there's no physical cause. The issue is a psychological block reinforced by anxiety I guess. It would be great to meet somone who has some experience in this area that I could meet regularly to get me back on the straight and narrow so to speak.

90 % is physiological problem , so if your young and your not diabetic and you dont have any vascular disease or problem with your spinal cord, am sure its not pathalogical , some doctors like to prescribe anti depressant medications and it will help and some will refer you to counselling , good luck
