    don't know my pancake/crepe recipe off by heart (better dig it out) but you MUST USE BUTTER when frying them, also a sprinkle of caster sugar, drop of Jif Lemon and a teaspoon of maple syrup. I can't wait until next week, better make a security batch tomorrow, ready for eating on Thursday.

    Oddly enough Abby, its the only time Mrs Monkeynut will allow me to cook in her kitchen when she is there. For the 'Med' flavour use olive oil!
