What if the escorts were selling a packet of sweets for 100 euro. Then in theory what happens between consenting adults is not being paid for. I wonder how such a glaring loophole would be handled by a supposed new law.

Hopefully the law makers will realise what a draconian view is presented to them and simply discard the idea in the first place.

Have you ever met anyone who takes their breakfast, lunch or dinner (evening or middle of the day for Kerry folk) while sitting naked on a bed with an equally naked complete stranger while wareing a condom? I don't know if this was the normal practice in the neighbourhood that you grew up in......but none the less, it would make great copy as part of a newspaper piece on the trial. The only possible silver lining to all this is the money we'll save. I've never regretted an appointment with the like of Scarlett, Mia, Ivet, Davina, SexyJanet, AlexIrish, Sandy of Newcastle etc but if this law came in I wouldn't risk those appointments that one makes from time to time with less fantastic ladies.
