Why don't/can't men follow directions?

Short of drawing a line with a drawing of stick figures fucking and my name under it to give guidance; I can't for the life of me figure out why men can't follow directions? I have asked ladies this now I am asking men. Why can't men follow directions?

It's not that men can not follow directions, it's that women can not give them
