Ladies, what kind of men do you like?

Alicia's post got me thinking, the ladies here are(more often than not) in a position where their reputation is based upon their ability to please a man. Me, being the curious type, would like to know what kind of man the ladies like and what could the gentlemen do to ensure that a meeting is mutually stimulating?

For me the man should have a good looking,and be nice.

From my research i believe the ladies like a gentleman who is clean, genuine and respectful. An added bonus for the ladies would be if all their clients looked like me.
