Yep, its easy. You know that feeling when you are bursting to go to the toilet and you hang on and you hang on until when you do go, its like the best release you can imagine? I don't think it is really. You bloody men get the better deal on lots of things. I would compare prostate milking to a multiple orgasm. Although I havent had one but I am very nosy
