I'm voting FF anyway as a protest.
If you want to do maximum damage to Labour, Fianna Fail voters should after voting for Fianna Fail candidates give their next preference votes to Fine Gael or strong independent candidates and Fine Gael voters should also reciprocate. After Labour voters vote Labour, that party will still be depending on transfers for a number of seats.

We have a proportional representation (PR) voting system. If you really want to hurt Mr "X" vote for everybody except Mr "X".
Give your fav politician (is there such a thing!) the No: 1, then 2,3,.........all the way down to number whatever. Leave Mr "X" without a vote. That way your particular gets used over and over again with transfers etc and Mr "X" doesn't even get a crumb from the table.
