Buy a house or apartment since prices seem to be very low. I might need to throw an extra 20 grand on top of it to make sure I had no mortgage, but I could probably foot the bill, or just rent it out and let some other poor sod pay off the remainder.
Inevitably, I would rent it out and go travelling anyway.
