Very sorry guys, there was a big explosion in E-I HQ, nobody hurt, but servers fried... It's taken us hours to get back up... We've never had this much downtime and obviously it's bad

Except for the last time Pauli fecked up the upgrade you mean, or when you were moving servers and the new place caught fire, was that this site or am I getting confused?Very sorry guys, there was a big explosion in E-I HQ, nobody hurt, but servers fried... It's taken us hours to get back up... We've never had this much downtime and obviously it's bad

It's the ladies I feel sorry for, and your office staff and you of course Patricia, obviously nothing of their doing but they are the ones that will suffer the most as a result of this, you are right, any blips in the past only really effected the forum but not the ad profiles.

We are offerring all escorts advertised today a 25 euro credit to advertise another day of their choice of course, it would only be right to do so as we haven't provided the service they should get today, but this of course doesn't make it ok. It has been a bad day, we had big problems we didn't predict and getting a solution in place took time. We have all worked hard to get things fixed and we will try to make sure this never happens again. It wasn't a mistake of any of our tech staff, just a big IT problem that cropped up and unfortunately we weren't prepared for it, though we will be now if it ever happens again I'd hope as we'll make plans to ensure we are.
