Very sorry guys, there was a big explosion in E-I HQ, nobody hurt, but servers fried... It's taken us hours to get back up... We've never had this much downtime and obviously it's bad

what about the advertisers??? we lost a full day of saturday!!!

We are offerring all escorts advertised today a 25 euro credit to advertise another day of their choice of course, it would only be right to do so as we haven't provided the service they should get today, but this of course doesn't make it ok. It has been a bad day, we had big problems we didn't predict and getting a solution in place took time. We have all worked hard to get things fixed and we will try to make sure this never happens again. It wasn't a mistake of any of our tech staff, just a big IT problem that cropped up and unfortunately we weren't prepared for it, though we will be now if it ever happens again I'd hope as we'll make plans to ensure we are. From what a lot of the experts we have talked to today say, most big popular sites have a day like this sometime, we just have to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and get back to work and try to make sure it doesn't happen again by putting more back up systems in place etc. We thought we had enough, but obviously not!

While that's a nice gesture Patricia, I doubt it will come close to compensating some of the ladies, especially touring escorts, for the lost business. Imagine some poor lady just arrived in Dublin, Cork, Belfast or wherever ,and no one knows, no one calls, but the accommodation still has to be paid.
Some escorts also prefer to take appointments by pm and this wasn't possible. I wonder is there any insurance for lost income in this instance.
I know it was unforeseen circumstances and probably an expensive disaster for E-I. Let's hope that it doesn't happen again.
I won't be taking E-I as much for granted in the future.
