Why do you think your marriage needs to be saved
If you are the one suggesting the male escort, and you are comfortable with it, then why not.
It could work out that your wife will then reciprocate, and suggest you have female escort, while she watches(or joins in) Win, win for you then.

As long as your marriage is strong mate it shouldn't be a problem BUT if your doing this because things have gone off the boil no way never.
