Normally like tp PM a few times first if possible, then phone 3/4 hrs in advance as to confirm and find out general area,helps with the anticipation ! Having said that i have for the first time ever recently pencilled in an appt one month in advance

For me its whenever I can get a free hour, usually at the weekend. I give about 30 min notice.

I like to book in advance. I do most of my punting on weekends as thats the only time I tend to be free. Ideally I'd like to book the appointment at the begining of the week (i.e. 4-5 days in advance). I'd obviously phone on the day a few hours ahead of time to confirm.

However, not many escorts like this and not many make appointments by PM. Therefore I usually check with a girl (that I'm going to see again) what way she likes appointments to be made.
