    do you have a strategy for success at job interviews?

    Make sure you research the company before you go in for the job; I used to employ people myself and if someone takes in interest in the background of the company, it's a good start.

    Listen to and answer the questions you are asked. I have sat with several interviewing panels and you would be surprised at how many people actually don't respond to the questions asked and go off in a tangent. Other than that enter the interview room with a smile but not too much lol.
