I find it really weird behaviour that someone would make an appointment just for a look and then walk out.

A few weeks ago I commented on a thread where I said the ladies must have a lot of crap to put up with. After reading this thread I realise I under estimated my own point !

George, I certainly apologize for laying into you so harshly. Not my finest moment. There was something about the situation that really made me angry. I have had 9 walk outs in 8 months of doing this and I guess you received the brunt of my wrath. All 9 walk outs were over the lack of implants. But, as people have mentioned in previous posts, my pics and profile clearly state this fact.

I'm coming late to this thread and it's clearly one of the more interesting threads on E-I. There seem to be two issues being debated here, firstly the TV versus TS debate and secondly, the Look and Go debate.

Regarding the first issue, I think everybody is clear enough on what the difference is between a TV and a TS, but when does a person move from being a TV to being TS and is TS the same as transgendered?

In my view, a transgendered person is someone who has had a gender change. This would entail a complete change eg in the case of male to female, breasts (either genuine via hormone treatment or with implants) and the substitution of a vagina for a penis. On E-I all TS escorts are advertised as TS escorts without distinction, so you have to look at whether they describe themselves as pre-op or post-op and whether their profile includes an endowment and it's size or not. In the case of TS Jessica Presley, the profile would seem to be accurate in that photos are both amature and genuine and the profile details are also correct. I don't think that silicon is a requirement to make somebody TS rather than a TV. Many women born with female bodies have small breasts and from what I have seen, TSs after hormone treatment will also have small rather than large breasts.

One could also argue that the primary difference between a TV and a TS, is that a TV is basically a person who enjoys dressing up as a person of the opposite gender on occasions whereas a TS is a person who is psychologically of one gender but with the body of the other gender and wants to live life according to their psychological gender and changes their physical gender to reflect their psycholigical gender. A TV will be happy to live their life within their gender and only dress up as the other gender when it suits them or when they desire this.

In short, what I think I'm saying, is that the TS v TV debate is as much psychological as it is physical.

On to the second issue......the instances of look and go. I agree with those escorts who have posted that this is time wasting for them and also frustrating and can also result in other clients being lost and therefore a loss of money. In my view though, a real timewaster is somebody who never had any intention of actually paying the escort in the first place and receiving any services. These are like the people who ring up and pretend to discuss a booking just so that they can jerk off while talking about sex to a woman. These people are not genuine escort clients; they may frequent chat sex lines or watch porn or come and have a look and see what an escort actually looks like in the flesh, but they probably do not have the balls to actually engage with a real woman. Or, they could be agencies/pimps trying to screw up your business.

My second category would include two groups of people.....firstly, those who would like to be clients but bottle it through fear or whatever, and secondly those who dont take the effort to read a profile properly and do their homework. There would seem to be guys with plenty of bravado looking at a website or when they have some alcohol inside time or when the other person is at the end of a telephone line, but when they are standing outside the door of an apartment building or outside the door of an individual apartment, or even after they have been let into an apartment either their lack of confidence, fear or their conscience gets to them and they cant go through with the appointment. Those who dont read or study a profile correctly are probably thinking with the little brain located between their legs at the time.......shit happens.

My final category would be genuine punters and therefore not timewasters in the strict sense......in this case it would be the escorts who are the timewasters. I am talking here about clients who go to an appointment and once there discover that the escort looks nothing like her profile pictures (either fake, heavily photoshopped or very old pictures or even a case of bait and switch), the services listed will not be provided without a good genuine reason being given, the escort asks for more money than was advertised or agreed when the booking was made, or the escort does not speak English when you get there though "she" spoke perfect English on the phone. In such cases where there has clearly been false advertising and/or an agency possibly posing as independents, then the genuine client is perfectly entitled to feel aggrieved and to walk away.

As to the question of compensating an escort, in the case of genuine time wasters, it's not going to happen as they never turn up; for those in the second category, it's unlikely to happen though I would'nt rule it out if they were shamed into it by the escort; and in the case of the genuine client who's time has been wasted......maybe the fraudulent advertiser/agency should be the one compensating the client. As far as outcalls are concerned I would take the following view: if the client does not go through with the appointment because the escort has been fraudulently advertised than at most he should cover the transportation costs only, and if he changes his mind for whatever other reason, i.e. bout of the old conscience, then the escort should expect to be compensated for both the transportation cost (taxi fare both ways) and the amount of time wasted (from leaving her hotel/apartment to getting back there by taxi). Whether that is at the advertised escorting rate or at a reduced rate is open to debate.
Anyone who refuses an escort this should be reported in the ugly mugs section.

I think there are really two senarios here.

1. Where the escort has not mis-represented herself on the profile. And you just don't feel comfortable for whatever reason. In this case I would expect to give the escort something for wasting her time.

2. Where the escort has clearly mis-reprisented herself on the profile. In this case I would not expect to give the escort anything.

In either senario there is no place for aggressive or rude behaviour.

So the punter if wrong should give the escort money for the waste of time.

But the punter gets nothing if his right for his time been wasted should he receive money then?????????
