Perhaps OnlyMe is using the other 36 hours for some additional work around the house!

    Yeah, short hours I understand.
I'm thinking more of 2 or 3 days a week 7 hours a day at €10 per hour.
But I don't want to be unfair either.
Sort of hard to know what the going rate for this type of work is.

I've been wearing out one room and then moving to another, and so on for a couple of years.
    Time to sort it out.
Big skip, all the crap to the skip.

Don't get me wrong, it's not that dirty, it's just crap (clothes, things) thrown everywhere

You'd want to be some messy bastard to need a cleaner for longer than that!

It's just at the start, one day a week when it's finished.
I had it built 8 years ago, and I don't clean, pick up, I do nothing ever.
    I don't really dirty either.
    Shit, it's 10 years

Get stuck into it yourself and you will feel great when you finish it

Ya could always look at the ads posted by people looking for cleaning work to be found in many of your local shop notice boards?? I would think it might depend on whether youre going to OFFICIALLY employ them where universal social charges, PRSI, tax, christmas bonus, renewable mopheads, rubber gloves, will u provide transport to and fro, refreshments and will you get the feck out from under their feet while they work... otherwise, if you do the sensible black economy bit, try for someone who has a number of employers, working a day or more for each and pay them well - 50 for a half day extra if they have to pay to get there

I can't get anyone to sort out gutters, I've to change my satellite dish, fix the oven, put my boiler back together (broke over Christmas), replace some lights, some of the cameras aren't working. I have enough on my plate without cleaning.
