bit disturbing in my opinion that a woman would choose to escort while pregnant, and put her child at risk. And as for pregnant women having feelings and wanting sex still, that's fine with her partner or lover or whatever.
And I guess some men maybe turned on by the thought of being with a pregnant teen. A pregnant woman is one of the most beautiful and natural things in the world, but that doesn't mean I want to pay to have sex with her.

I think on every single moral level for the unborn baby its totally wrong. Yes a pregnant mother can be very beautiful but having sex during pregnancy with strangers just to make money and exploiting her situation is terrible I believe.
The poor little unborn baby doesn’t have a choice, I just think its so wrong.

An unborn baby feels what the mother is feeling so she could give birth to the happiest baby ever! Being sexually satisfied and earning money isn't a bad thing for anybody. Many men find pregnant women really sexy.
Of course there are risks, getting beaten up or catching an std/sti being the main ones imo. She may have security all over the place and refrain from offering unprotected services which would drastically reduce the risks she's taking.

Not just a turn off....... it sounds like a nightmare! There can be few things worse than finding out that an escort you were with was actually a teenager and now she's pregnant with your baby!!! I'm probably going to phrase this wrong but I'll try anyway: the thought of making a girl pregnant is a acutally major turn-on is it not?? That kind of thought goes through my head if I am having sex with a girl (condom firmly attached I hasten to add!!!)

This comes up from time to time and to answer your question all you have to do is search the client request and fetish sections of this site, last year there were at least 8 threads created by guys looking for a pregnant escort, I even recall a couple of years ago an escort giving out because this site wouldn't allow her advertise as being pregnant when it was her choice to do so..
I personally think it's wrong as the risks are too great on the baby especially in later months..

this is an utterly repulsive practice carried out by utterly repulsive individuals...
It's not something I would be interested in as a client, but I'm surprised how strong some of the negative reactions are.
