went to see an escort . she told me she is in a hotel. went to the hotel and was ask by security whether i was staying in the hotel. so i said no just visiting a friend. gave them name and room number. they said ok .. go on up. went upstairs.. told the escort what happened. we decide to just leave the hotel together.. out in the car park we were stopped by 2 garda (not in uniform).. they separated us . took my details . one of them took the escort back to her room. i presume for further questioning. the other garda let me go then saying that i am not in trouble but might call me in future. we didnt do anything . money didnt change hands. can anybody answer are either of us in trouble here?? is she in trouble?? am i in trouble?? thanks

If girl wont let them scare her,no one s in trouble, she could say u was milkman

On serious note-maybe they just wanted to know is she not trafficked, without work permit or something,as that s what they do up in the north.

If she s here without work permit, and they get outta her she is WG,she might be sent home,as much as i know,as that happined to my friend last year.

Also question is -did they showed any ID,names?as they could b same scams pretend gardai, that wants just her belongings and money,as not all girls know they cant remove from her room or check anything without order.

That s why if i toured,i always bookd double room and for 2,so any guy that came to me,could have option to say they re staying in hotel.
And that s why i do not tour in ireland except Belfast.
    I m still lurking sometimes ;-)

    Default trouble 2

Anna has given some good advice there. If girl is clever and remains cool ( Now this is where not speaking or pretending not to speak good English could come in handy ) the guy could say he met the girl in a club or a cafe and she invited him to call.NOTHING can happen you unless they have PROOF which is almost IMPOSSIBLE for the Gardai to get in situations like this.Any way the gardai are only responding to a call from the hotel ( which they are obliged to do ) they can't ignore a call and it is soon ALL FORGOTTEN.They have more important things to do like trying to solve REAL crimes than hasseling a girl tryin' to make an honest living and a guy tryin' to relieve the STRESSES and tensions of living in this fucked up country. I don't think you should have given the security her name and room number; if you were staying in a hotel and the escort you booked was stopped at the door, would you like her to give out your name and room number and give the staff the suspicion you were seeing escorts?

You should have left the hotel when challenged and rung the lady to tell her what happened. If a client blew my cover like that I would be seriously displeased.

I would also like to add they don't sound like garda to me. Did you just run off without finding out what happened to the escort?

You could have put her in real danger.

I don't understand their right to do that to you... Even if they caught you two humping, neither of you are outside of the law...
Still have to say, were I the escort, i'd cringe if clients came into the hotel I was working in and asked at the desk the direction to my room etc, as if a couple of people did that, busted!
But then if they approached you, I'm not sure what else you could have done, without looking dodgy- if you didn't name a room/ person, shat were you supposed to say? 'oh no, i'm not staying here, just came for a look round?'
As was mentioned, are you sure they were real garda?
    Where/ when was this?

    Default Trouble 3

I was stopped once by a hotel employee on the corridor and asked " excuse me Sir,what's your room number." To which I replied " I'm from out of town and I'm looking for a business associate Mr.John Dough who said he was staying at the Seven Stars Hotel (real name witheld) " To which the hotel employee replied " Oh I'm very sorry Sir but you are in the wrong hotel, this is the Five Stars Hotel. I thanked her and left. Problem solved . Well half solved, got no shag. Dam

The more I look at this post the more I am convinced it is a FAKE.The person who wrote it is playin games with our heads.READ the original post and the next few replies and you Inspector Closseau will find who is really behind it.All I KNOW FOR SURE AT THE MOMENT is the identity of the author.I knew from the start who was responsible but it was a friend on the forum who supplied the proof (a brilliant piece of DETECTIVE work I must say)They say be careful of what you write but even more careful of what you WRITE.
