60 cigarettes a day is excessive, Horny.
they don't relieve stress, but set you up for needing another one.
i think you should consult with a proven hypnotist
save €8k each year and yourself from a painful illness.

I really, really love smoking I can usually stop when i want and do every couple of years for a year or two, but i must admit the world would be short a couple of people if i didn't smoke and that's the truth.

As for the serious illness one could always walk or roll in front of a bus or off a cliff

€8k a year is cheap, considering the peace and joy i feel when smoking, esp with a cup of tea Oh Yeah!!

If like in the past i could't afford it i would stop immediately, i consider them a luxury not a necessity, the might be a necessity for the people around me though

Used to smoke 60 a day or more if I was stressing out!
Started smoking roll ups and smoke far less now. Feel a lot healthier now but doubt I'll ever stop totally as I do enjoy my Nicola O'Teen!!!

    hi horny

I stopped smoking about one week.
I'm using NiQuitin CLEAR 21mg/24hs helpful.
If you do not want to stop smoking but have this problem of not being able to smoke in certain places use NiQuitin.
I understand what are you talking about because I felt the same

best of luck stopping you will succeed if you really put your mind to it

the patches can be great if you have bad cravings i remember when i was on a long flight i used them (needed 2 but they did the job)

remember to get rid of anything related to smoking from around you, like lighters, ashtrays etc, best of luck again

I'm off them a year in March.

I used Champix which have to be prescribed by your friendly neighbourhood quack

If you gave them up hornyinlk, think of all the extra dosh you would have to spend on punting!!

Must admit a do like a ciggie, interested you used Champix to give them up,any side effects? I'm more 20 a day, but to be honest the ban doesn't annoy me, so used to going outside to smoke. Fancy living in NYC HL, can't even smoke in a bloody great park !

Still a smoker myself HL and can stop if I really want to as have done for a couple of years at a time. Thing is I enjoy it too much especially with a coffee. Don't mind the ban though as I never liked to smoke near non smokers anyway. Think there must be quite a few smokers here.
