Most lifts have the buttons ordered lowest at the top and highest at the bottom, so it can't be he's a short arse that can't reach.

I'll try you with one more....a man has a fox,a goose and a sheaf of oats...he has to cross a river...he can only bring one at a time.....how does he do it...BEAR IN MIND IF HE BRINGS THE OATS FIRST...THE FOX WILL EAT THE GOOSE....IF HE BRINGS THE GOOSE FIRST AND THE OATS 2ND THE GOOSE WILL EAT THE OATS.....now work that out !!!!!

Brings the goose over, goes back and gets the fox, brings it over but brings the goose back with him, brings the oats over then goes back for the goose..
