pmslHow about something completely neutral - like golf/golfing. Afterall golf already has all the appropriate terminology - 'hole in one'; birdie.... You could tell you spouse/ significant other you're off 'golfing' (without the slightest bit of guilt as you really are telling the 'truth'). The only problem is that in order to make it authentic, you'd have to lug the golf bag into your car and stay out for hours and come home pissed (although that may be a good thing?).
