the missing euro

3 guys go into a coffee shop, have some food and ask for the bill. it comes to 30 euros which they pay. as the waiter is going back to the till the manager stops him and tells him that those 3 men are friends of his and to give them back 5 euros off their bill.
the waiter just having noticed that he is now working for 7.65 an hour spots an opportuinity and before reaching the men pockets 2 euro.
he gives each of the men 1 euro back with the compliments of the manager.
each man left happy having paid 9 euros each for their meal. the waiter was happy because he had pocketed 2 euro but wait that only makes 29 euros so where did that sneaky euro go.
