I have lived with my wife for the best part of 28 years. We have not had sex for approx. 20 years for reasons that are too personal for me to go into here. We nevertheless love each other very much and the quality of our relationship is rich in many ways that does not require sexual intimacy to validate it. Like most people our relationship started out with very strong mutual physical attraction and wild sexual intimacy but has evolved into something that does not need sex as the basis for the relationship. This is not to say that sex is not an important aspect of an intimate relationship but rather that in our circumstances we have found a way to accept the circumstances that presented themselves and still have a fulfilling, loving meaningful relationship together. On a personal level I miss the experience of abandoning myself to the sexual connection with a woman and choosing to meet escorts is a new experience for me. Its still early days and the idea that you can have that type of connection in a short liaison with an escort is still just that....an idea. The women who choose to share their thoughts on this forum appear to understand very well the disparate needs of men (like us) and appear to treat us with the same respect that we like to afford them. Altogether, it gives me great faith in the human spirit if not its condition.
