If we wish to have equality in the workplace, then the same rules must apply to each gender.
If a man is not allowed to pat a ladies bottom, then it goes that a lady should not be allowed to pat a mans.

Personally, I would love to have my bottom felt by a lady, unfortunately I have never been so lucky!

men and women are no longer equal before the law or society,
women have become more equal. whats good for the goose...x
Don't take this TV programs too seriously. There is a program on TV, which I can't remember the name right now, with a panel of women, that I just can't stand. Please shoot me if I have nothing better to do and have to watch it

About patting someone's botton in a bar . . . I don't do it and I don't accept it, someone doing so, can expect the same . . . on their face . . . but when that happened it was just a reflexive reaction, normally i am not into spanking

Sexual Harassment is about perception, an employee or employer should not act in such a fashion that those actions could be perceived as being harassment of any kind.If any person feels harassed, the damage has already been done and intention to harass is not relevant. The sex and gender of harassed or harasser is also irrelevant.

Too much emphasis on women's rights (and maybe even men's rights in this particular case)........whatever happened to good old fashioned human rights?
