    Forgive my blind sidedness. I could blame the few glasses of wine I've had but in reality its probably down to the fact that I'm a bloke!

    Staff could mail the reviewer and give them a number allocated for this issue and even ask them to leave a message so they wouldn't have to speak to anyone.

    When you've worked hard to get a good name for yourself, a ratted review is the last thing you want to see on your profile!
    And if your paying good money for your profile i don't see why they should be left there! Unfortunately i'd say they do affect your income which is horribly unfair.
    Anything to improve reviews would be good, but how would this work? Can't someone just verify the review by phone, even if it was fake? And then you would have a fake review with a note from E-I saying "we have verified this review".

    But even syntax can be changed very easily when writing in a word type format on a computer because it wouldnt have the same uniqueness as seeing it being handwritten...

    Maybe ei need to take their lead from punternet or adultwork on reviews , I cant remember which is better .

    Yeah this is true, but i would think unscrupulous reviewers would avoid contacting "da head office"!! Anything to deter

    Err....the whole point of the Matirx film was alternate realities - the Matrix (ultra cool!) vs the real world (real downer).
