because you are not actively browsing the site it will log you out after a certain amount of time, it doesn't see playing games as being active as you are in a separate frame. Just pause the game every 5 mins and open a new page in a new window, helps with the high scores too

Yep. If you are away from the forum for ten mins I think, you get logged out.

I never experienced this using Firefox. Pause is handy for Snake alright, if you look at record-breaking Snake games on youtube, every so often they pause the game to figure out what to do next.

I use Firefox and I could be away from the comp for hours on end and when I come back I am not logges out.

When you log back in do you tick the box that asks you if you want to stay logged in?
That seems to work for me anyway.
