    Default Pilates

I was roped into a pilates class last night.
Full of women, only one other guy and he was a woman too.
    Didn't want to go.

I'm not unfit, or at least I thought not. They had me doing things that seemed easy to look at, but after an hour believe me they weren't.

Interestingly my spine is definitely more flexible today.
    Think I'll go again.

    Anyone else try this

I tried it once and limped home I am afraid. It is supposed to be uber good for flexibility though

I'm a Sports Therapist by trade, and Pilates was recommended to me to straighten my 'core'; I'll give it a go, one day!

Tai Chi is good for your 'core', if you have back problems it's a lot less stress on the bones and muscles
Come in she said "I'll give you shelter from the storm "
