I am guilty of it but in this instance there is an underlying reason as to why you have created this thread which I do not agree with, the lady in question broke the rules and the matter would have been handled descretly untill people started to complain for something that she was the cause of and not those that were forced to deal with it. I saw the original post and to be honest saw no problem with Rachel thanking the guys in cork for being so nice to her, she also expressed the concern she had about understanding the accent.
If it was seen by E-I as an advert I agree with Nikky it should have been just moved and this could have been avioded.
